Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be able to receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines may not be returned. We do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that may not be returned:

* Gift Cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must submit a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial reimbursement is granted: (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl disc that has been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original state, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on the approval or rejection of your refund application.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuing entity because there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.

Sold items (if applicable)

Only items with current prices can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the sold items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@wasiss-corp.com and send us your article at: 41 Rue Des Archers, Mons, 7000, Belgique.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equal value to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he'll know you returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to: 41 Rue Des Archers, Mons, 7000, Belgique.

It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your traded product may vary.

If you ship an item with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
